Since there has been some discussion about the cutoffs, here is my take on it:
Case 1: As calculators were used at the Lucknow centre, and the whole centre has not been disqualified, RBI would have neutralized the impact of numericals by awarding "bonus" points (irrespective of numericals attempted) to all the candidates from the other centres.
Assumption: numericals worth 20 marks were asked.
In this case, candidates would stand to gain differentially.
Person with 10 marks correct - 5 marks incorrect = 10-1.25= 8.75
would gain 11.25 marks benefit.
Person with all 15 correct would gain 5 marks benefit.
Person with overall 5 marks in numericals gains 15 points.
In this case the cutoff would surge by roughly 8-10 marks (even more), around 190+
Case 2: RBI is oblivious of the issue or might not have taken any action, less likely but possible. Cutoff around 180.
Case 3: They went through the cctv footage and disqualified individual candidates, least likely. Cutoff around 180.
Since they have not mentioned anything in the results only an RTI can reveal.
Can notary attest the attestation certificate. Could not find anyone else. Please reply.
