What's the point of making 2nd shift tougher?? Does RBI consider 2nd shift candidates much more intelligent than 1st shift candidates?? Don't they want to recruit candidates from 2nd shift?? Won't it be unfair if say out of 100 candidates selected for mains 70 are from 1st shift and 30 from second?? I know they will normalise the scores but still I don't think it's going to help much....
