Firstly, I did not say "2 years". I said "couple of years". couple is not two.
Second, the job in RBI is more about Macroeconomics, whereas all the corporate firms in the financial sector deal more with corporate finance and micro-economics. That is the reason I am asking about the possible exit options.

Brother!! i don't know wt meaning do u hv for "couple of years" in ur lexicon really.... I assumed it to be 2 years (apologise if u felt offended) nyways I don't really c a point in being so defensive....

I m jst trying to share some amnt of knowledge I have with everyone out here....u have the right to whether buy it or not......try n refrain from using this kind of tone...... hope it helps......:)

Parag, it is not MY LEXICON. "couple of years" never means "two years". You can check in whatever dictionary you wish to. And where am i being defensive?? Stop assuming dude. Secondly, Investment Banking, MnA etc work on principles of microeconomics and corp-fin. But, like most other industries (telecom, steel, cement etc), these also have to work according to the macroeconomic environment of the country they are operating in. That is the relation b/w IB/Corpfin and macroeconomics. I am sure you don't have any info to answer my very first question. So, CAN YOU PLZ STOP REPLYING TO MY QUERY? THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR INPUTS.

A real non-issue. But i will just clarify once and for all. Plz check the 4th usage of "couple of" in this link below. Even then if you are not convinced then.... you come and join my school! I studied in IIM-Bangalore. No more replies on this from my side.

not sufficient u can use pd for current affairs only but so far as the economics related questions like rbi guidelines on cds, banks functioning etc read the rbi web site (FAQ) part and one financial newspaper . abb itne kam time mein aur kya ho sakta hai
