.....this is the mumbai hrmd of rbi...jo humara exam lia hai.....they told that letter will be despatched on 31 st oct and joining will be taken place by december...u can call also 2 mrw....

hrmd matlab human resource management dept actually......they also told at the time of final result that result was coming on evening....so that was true...so this also true may be.....bad news,,
