i have to disagree to that, my interview panelist told me to join only if i was planning to stay with them for a long time. they said a lot of people have left them for other jobs and they are thinking of setting a formal rule against that kind of thing.

I think this bond stuff should be disclosed in the advertisement itself. I don't think there is a bond.

okay, i know this guy has been banned, but were the interviewers same for all cities? did everyone here have one senior lady, one south indian lady and one relatively young guy for the interview?

there is no bond. i was told by the senior interviewer that they are facing this problem and might have to make such an arrangement in the future. this time there is no bond.

@trvg same never happens. It always different for different panel cities

as far as i know they have good accomodation...1 or 2 bhk flats....but like in the cent govt. those flat will be available to you after a 6-7 months.....but if u are lucky then u can get that..usually takes time
