@96321 som1 has put a writ petition in thos 2 HC's.... dono for wat reason... even if somthin big happens it wouldnt affect d results at other regions...

Rbi had issued the recruitment notification on the basis of zones. Two guys had filed a case on the basis that according to indian constitution, an indian citizen can work anywhere in the country. This case is still pending in the court that is why it is mentioned in the results that the result is subject to these two cases.
But i called rbi today,they said that we need not worry about it as it will not afffect the final results.

@niruthan the reason is they are challenging the condition that a candidate is eligible to apply in his or her region only BUT THE QUESTION IS WAT IS ITS IMPLICATION ON RESULT .
@xalokx DEAR FIRST OF ALL THANKS FOR YOUR CLARIFICATION . can you tell wat rbi hrmd reply in detail
@96321 they have appealed it in High courts, if the HC's favour those candidates... they might ask RBI to give them the reason for it... As it is not in SC, their jurisdiction rests within the territory of that state....
@niruthan ok good
@96321 lets hope nothin negative happens.....
