@clerk2009 they told themselves it is a rule in rbi and one relative of mine who is retired official from rbi lko told the same

Guys I have relatives in RBI Nagpur and they said that the interview was of 30 marks and that the panel was giving 10-15 marks to everyone in general. Because they know that the real competition will be in the written scores of the candidates. So the ones who have done really good in the written cheer up (even though we don't know the scores yet. but hey, we know deep inside that we have done the best we could). Even positive thinking can help a great extent. Cheers!!

so thr will be norrow gap between highest and lowest marks in exam

hmm finally done with my interv on 15-sep at hyd !!! the panel included the regional director of rbi-AP,, one more person and a madam...

questions:
why did you leave your prev job??
what is letter of credit?
there are codes that banks can subscribe to,,, what r dey...r dey voluntary or mandatory..and wat r they for??.
ans: bcsbi...
role of banks
diff b/w rbi and other banks
is hsbc a scheduled bank
rules of double entry sys(since i'm a commerce grad)
if we come across an irate customer, how do we deal (since my specialisation is customer serv management)
where can a cust approach if he is dissatisfied??(ombudsman)
base rate and intr rate on deposits?? regulated or deregulated
any other selections

as a whole it was good..cud have been better,, but no regrets,,,twas a great learning experience....would love to go back again(not as a visitor but as an employee)

the employees were extremely friendly and a great bunch of ppl,,,, We were pampered beyond our wildest dreams.......
