The recruitment is outsourced to an unknown company ( confidential thats y unknown ) and in each city the requirement and the level of staff required is different according to the work requirements and the staff profile desired to fill them up ... so i guess they wana be done with the big cities first so they can be done with the big work first .. Delhi main i think about 203 qualified for 65 posts .... anywhere else also same ratio of about 1: 3 wud be ther so late or early wont make any difference i guess ... late interview walo ko koi farak nai padega cos they wont be able to get any perspective as city wise staff bhi alag hoga interviewing them .... Infact jinka early ho gaya they will be relieved and can focus on other exams like SSC tier 2 or other bank exams better..
