Hello, I’m working as AAO at LIC since 2016 but I still haven’t got used to of the culture of the organisation, i find myself misfit here. I’ve been thinking of preparing for RBI assistant, please suggest is it wise to switch after 5 yrs that too from officer level post to assistant level post. I’m confused. If anyone could help me in this, I’d be grateful.
