Total 74 joined on first batch in kolkata. First document verification then some paper work and 5 days training in RBI. Lunch provided in training but no accommodation. After 5 days training department will be allotted. As far as staff quarters, there is 20 quarters is ready, rest will be ready after 1-2 months. Outstation candidate get priority in allotment. If available, quarter is allotted within 5 days.

RBI Mumbai joining
First batch get started in 17 Dec. Approximately 50 students joined and 30 people got the quarters in Bhandup & Chambur area.
The quarters are 1 BHK.
Second batch is starting from 7 Jan ,Third is from 14 Jan & the Last and forth batch is starting from 28 Jan.
can we expect 2nd list for some regions such as nagpur ?? plz reply , joining date came for nagpur guys ?
