yaar sahi hai per ye RBI wale joining jaldi se le tabhi na.etna to locha lagagar rakh diya hai.ek to exam clear karo uske bad interview aur eske bad ye RBI ki formilities.ye to thik se khusi manane bhi nahi dete hai jaldi se join karwa lete to tension free hokar kam se kam party to manata.yaha to suspense hi suspense hai....medical phir police verification aur phir uske bad joining.ye to SSC ka haal ho gaya.

This surety bond seems to be very confusing. First of all we dont fully know what they are about, further it will be hard to get these formalities done in such a brief time.

@pooja0111 no , i didn't . but a union member told me that joining will be in 2 groups . 2nd group will join 1 week after first group . don't be tensed , none of us have received the letter . join facebook group http://www.facebook.com/groups/473427062687606/ many of us are there for better communication .

i have character certificate by principal and gazetted officer.But they do not have title as "Form A" which is there given by rbi in mail attachments.tell me if these certificates are acceptable...also i need to have one more character certificate by another gazetted officer is it correct in all 3 character certificates from three different persons?!

@kdas12aug other 3 k is other allowances...bahat saare other allowances hai,.,...check the mail...u will undrstand..

im from chandigarh.
i think jammu and chandigarh are in same zone, so if you got the email i should have got it too.. now im not feeling so good.
waiting for monday, will call rbi.. infact im thinking of personally going there. but i dont think they will let me in, there was too much of security at the entrance.

wow! that is a good analysis.
please elaborate what this line means:
8,040 – 410 – 9270 – 500 – 11,270 – 550 – 13,470 – 650 – 15,420 – 720 – 16,140 – 990 – 20,100 (20 years)

does this mean that we will get yearly increment of 410 till our salsry is 9270 (1 year) then yearly increment of 500 till salary becomes 11270 (4 years) and so on..
after 20 years basic salary will become 20100 only!!!
this seems too low, basically a 5% increase per year 😞 i hope this is not what it means

Inflation Adjustment is done every quarter over basic salary approx .10-12% in F.Y 2012 p.a for Public Banks .

@trvg yes but not to worry because there is bipartite every 5 yrs and increase in salary . As you will see in nov 2012 only there is a bipartite and there will be increase in salary ( basic salary ) of all employees of comercial bank . suppose there is 20% increase in basic salary of employees of comercial bank and that inturn will adjust our salary also with more increase in basic , say 25% . And again increase in basic will increase overall salary as everything like DA , CCA , HRA are all counted on basic . So don't worry about that , even if you do not take any promotion then also by the time you retire your basic salary will be 35 to 40k per month . So dont worry be happy
