score card is really confusing.... are they using some kind of marks normalization technique or there were diff. weightage of marks for diff. sections? coz in numerical ability i did 31 but i got 36.75 marks and in GK i did 40 with 100% accuracy but i got only 26.5.
Please enlighten me.

RBI HR does not know the meaning of Horizontal Reservation. Horizontal Reservation is for PWD and Ex-Servicemen. Their view is if you are in Horizontal Reservation you have to get selected in your respective category and no vertical reservation (caste based) is available (which literally means there is no reservation as you select on merit). Govt Guidelines says there is reservation. This is a clear cut scam which is happening every year. Even Media PR hungry Dr Rajan also knows it and may be he is behind this scam considering this practice started after he took over the Office.
How these reservations have to be effected has been clarified by Honorable SC in Rajesh Daria Vs Rajasthan Public Service Commission.
Anyone who feels aggrieved can follow the listed procedure:-
(a) Visit Regional Office to inquire about how many people from Exservicemen/PWD selected. Mostly they will oblige. if not then Pay a fee of Rs 10 under RTI and you can inspect records as per RTI Act. By inspecting results you can clearly see how is selected or not. They might argue that 3rd party information cant be given under RTI then you can simply get information on how many candidate of PWD/Ex-servicemen got selected without asking for names.
(b) If the Number is less than that of what is advertised, Then contact your lawyer and file a case in respective High Court along with a petition to keep vacant one post belonging to your category (SC/ST/OBC/UR). This will force them to disclose every detail of selection.
(c) Simply refer your lawyer the case mentioned above. The Court will decide what is correct.
I hope this will clarify a lot of doubt regarding Horizontal Reservation for PWD/Ex-servicemen.
