Today I attended interview in Bangalore. it went smoothly.
1. Same general questions
why banking? functions of RBI Differnce betn RBI and commercial banks
2. Gave more stress on BIO DATA farm
Starting frm School wht u did till now? Hobbies & achivements
3. Ur Home state issues[political & Economicl]
one person with intent asked question in Kannada, so to judge wether I can fluently talk kannada
4. Please do read Interview date newspaper. Most questions revolve around it.
5.
My interview panel 3 members[2 guys + 1 lady] are very much co-ordial
encouraging me to answer questions, If i tell wrong they used to correct
6. No Interrogation type, No cross questions, But focus more on Bio-Data
7. Overall it went ard 35 minutes[bit lengthier]
plz carry train/bus tickets to get travelling allowance.

hi..got over with my interview yesterday.. frstly the board does not ask for the sixth set atleast mine dint ask... now my interview experience was great.. my interview was scheduled at 9 a.m.Reached there 30 mins earlier. Strict checking was conducted before permitting us in. The office of RBI is very beautiful.You just cant stop gazing around. verification of original documents done.Mine was Fourth number i was sitting waiting for my turn. As my name was called i stood up n confidently went in greeted them with a beautiful confident smile. There were three members in my board one lady and two males. mam startd with my interview by asking wer my father works. the she askd y u want join the RBI being a science graduate. thn male intervened askd me how can ur field hlp in banking? tell me whch body parts can be used as a security measure for banking? wat is plastic money? my atm pin? difference between rtgs n neft? why we use neft if rtgs can be used? developmental role of rbi? some ques related to latest rupee depreciation. n thn lastly wher will u stay in mumbai aftr joining? thats it. overall experience was good.the board was real friendly. All The best. and have faith in urself.
NOT RUMOUR MILL : I first called up the RBI Mumbai HQ regarding the call letter dates,they asked me to contact the respective regional office. So I called up the Bangalore office and enquired about when the call letters will be issued, the HR person told me that they themselves are not sure about it,asked us to keep checking the website,and said that anyways candidates will receive a mail regarding the letter,not to worry. She said "most probably" [ kindly note ] that it maybe in LAST week of October or 1st week of November , but again she stressed that its just what she felt,the final decision lies with the HQ .
1) Many chinese citizens borrowed money to invest in the stock markets ans shares which sunk owing to which inflation of prices took place to a unsustainable level
2) When prices of the so-called shares went down , these people tries to sell their shares and want their money back to recover their loss
3) The huge amount of money has been put in chinese stock market from the past few years due to uprising economy.
4) 80% of the shareholder market was made up of chinese citizens rather than communist party
5) Around 90 million were retail investors
6) And this uprising in the market coincides with the upward surge in shanghai composite market which upthrusted 150% from january to june...
7) After the downfall of the prices of few cos. like HANERGY marked the era of crash of chinese market
jaisa mene analyse kiya hai ki kisi bhi interview ka call letter 15days pehle hi aata hai and rbi ka ab tak aaya nahi it means ki jab apna pre hojayega uske baad hi aayega
for categories pi dates will be around 15oct (minimum)
for general around 20th oct
so even we not get call letters by 1st week of oct then there is every possibility for having an interview date nearby ibps po mains, this is the main concern 😕
RBI's bi monthly policy meet is on Tuesday, so maybe at least after that can we expect the call letters ? I dont think the 2 are
related,yet could that be a reason that the interview dates are held up ?Getting very restless and irritated, its difficult for me to prepare when there is no definite time bound target ahead,say an exam/interview date .
Your views Puys on this ? Any idea of intrvw schedule ?
How many people here are serious UPSC aspirants? I never have thought of UPSC till date, but sometimes I really feel I just want to be in IPS to SCREW some arrogant lawyers and even final year law students, just because they know few clauses and acts,they just go around with unprecedented arrogance and bully people,threaten people,black mail and intimidate people with these law names etc,which others get scared of,because they dont know anything about the law. Thats why I love Kiran Bedi,she literally beat the crap out of some lawyers in the 1990s in Delhi when they were doing hooliganism and thuggery and if someone questioned them,they used to threaten legal notices,cases on the innocent questioner. This sole thought some times makes me think If I should prepare for UPSC later, just to show some arrogant lawyers their place , or in your Hindi,I should say,to show them what their "AUKAT" is. Arrogant Bullies .
