i have few humble questions..ur advice will do some some gud
BACKGROUND- i m PG in Biotech plus SET qualified left tht field due to frustating PhD enviroment & to join as permanant lecturer u need 25-30 lack(current rate,bitter truth)
so i took decision to leave that field and moved for UPSC this yr i gave pre with full (delhi vajiram) prep but commited some silly mistake so not geeting gud marks. also in between gave all banks and insurance exam in between but cleared none. now yaha bank n others exam me kafi tough competiton lag rha hai.. maths is weak point
now my ques is
1.should i continue for UPSC or start preparing for bank exams?
2.pressure from home to get job as we dnt have control on increasing age
3 after having serial failure in all exams including upsc ...wat do to next is question mark ..cant go back to biotech field (pg2011 passout)
plz suggest some way

Undertaking including Nationalised Banks and financial Institutions,
Working in like private organisation TCS, infosys also have to produce as in notification it is not mention .....
please help.........
