I was so happy after the 2nd list that I'll finally leave my job n work in RBI .. but such opacity in the recruitment process is not letting me make any move ... it's just wait n wait ... depressing... wat does it take to clear whether vacancies hv increased or some will be thrown out .. and wat wud be the criteria.. do we hv a chance to fight back or will we be definitely removed even after clearing dv and med.... if we will be removed then why the hell did they mention us in the new list ??!! :/
Called Recruitment Dept Mumbai Just Now... Asked Whether all will be selected or Not?? Said Top Will be Selected as per vacancies... Others will be put in Reserve list... Then Replied... Notification says different... Says All will be selected who clear LPT & DV... how can you put reserve list after All these formalities??? Also There is no fate for Reserve lists... Then He replied I dont think so... I am forwarding this call to my Senior... Madam picked up and replied that LPT will be done... I told her that No Lpt for me bcoz Local Lang in 10th... Then She said.. After DV lpt.. It will be decided... Nothing can be said now... So... Expect the Unexpected!!
Here's what the Ahmedabad HR said: This is not the final list. Final list will be published on RBI's website in the mid of may. Selected candidates would be called for medical examination and if they are fit then they would be given joining, which would be in the 1 st or 2 nd week of june. Regarding vacancies nothing has been decided yet. He told not to resign from the current job and to wait till medical examination. They would tell candidates when to resign. When I asked him whether everyone would be selected he repeated the same lines mentioned in the notification released on March 29.
Update from Hyderabad region! Just got a call stating lpt/dv will be conducted tomorrow! It won't be possible for them to send a mail it seems. They got a call from Central office, so had to hurry things! Fast and Furious: RBI protocol

Irony is UR candidates in first list are safe and those added in new list have very less chances of selection. Universe and RBI balance itself.💂👻
