FACT:- In view of the above it is considered necessary to test the knowledge / proficiency level of the shortlisted candidates in respective regional language before final selection is made. Therefore the provisionally selected candidates will have to appear in Language Proficiency Test (LPT) as notified in the notification dated February 07, 2017...................................................................... Assumptions: (1) LPT for ALL and meritorious in nature. And final list= mains marks+ LPT. .............(2) LPT for only those who didn't had local language in 10th/Matriculation and thus not meritorious in nature(only Qualifying)..................................(3) LPT for all but not meritorious in nature (only Qualifying).......What do u get after an educated reading of RBI's notification:
The last line in notification is a masterstroke by RBI to hide their mistakes. all assumption makers, LPT & CPT are always qualifying in nature.. Nd the status won't change this time too.
Enhanced list means increase no of candidate. To make this. Low cut off (over all or sectional)..has to made ..now cut off link has also removed from site.... that means anything can happen now
Everyone misunderstood the word "Enhanced list". RBI wants to include those who haven't got selected inspite clearing the cut off thatsy they mentioned it as enhanced one. So in every region there will 3-5 candidates will be added max and will be called for LPT and DV. Many were thinking that because of the fact that rbi removed the cut off pdf they are hoping that many will be added to the shortlisted candidates list and if it happens means many chaos will be created than before. Most of the candidates will clear LPT with ease so i think they will create a reserve list and add those who are in border cut offs.. But it is very difficult to predict RBI.. HOPE for the best.. And previously selected guys dont worry... they wont remove anyone as it will create many problems...
Many here have doubt whether lpt is of qualifying or meritorious nature. LPT will definitely be of QUALIFYING nature...as reference of previously released notification(on Feb 07, where it is mentioned that lpt is qualifying) has been made in this notification. Big News : NO SSC Tier-1 Exams in Future SSC CGL 2017 Tier-1 Exam May be Replaced with an NCS ALL India Common Entrance Exam for Graduate Level Posts. The Unreasonable Delay in the announcement of SSC CGL 2017 Notification and SSC CAPF Notification, has raised many doubts, regarding the conduct of these exams in near future. Moreover, there is a news regarding Scrapping of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and a new Organization called National Career Service (NCS), which operates under the Ministry of Labour and Employment may conduct the future recruitment exams for ALL Non-Gazetted Government Jobs in India. The proof of this Big Change is that there is Logo of National Career Service on the Official Website of SSC, which means that the Work of Shifting is Under Process. Here is How the Exams for Government Jobs will be conducted in Future 1) The will be one Time Common Registration for various Exam 2) NCS will conduct Separate Entrances Exams for 10th Pass, 12th Pass and Graduates. 3) Candidates will be issued scorecards, and these will remain valid for duration of 1 year. Thereafter candidates can apply for Jobs to various Recruitment Agencies for appearing in the Tier-2. Exam 4) NCS Exam will be just for Determining Eligibility for Government Jobs ie Scores obtained in this Exam, will be referred to Recruitment agencies and they in turn conducts the Mains Or Tier-2 Exam for various posts Example: Suppose you have applied for SSC CGL Exam. Now, with NCS Exam system, Tier-1 Exam will be conducted by NCS and after that, you will issued scorecard and based on your marks, SSC will conduct the Tier-2 Exam as per the Cut off Marks, fixed by Commission. Simply Means, NCS will conduct the Tier-1 Exam and reduce the Burden of Recruitment Agencies. And these Recruitment agencies, will conduct the Tier-2 Exams to complete the Recruitment process.
RBI withdrawing the result is a matter of concern as it raises a question on the credibility of all the results declared in bank recruitments, in future. Candidates not getting selected may still have a slight chance in case an error is found after the declaration of the marks. So, in future, candidates will have to look for scorecards released after the main result for validation of the result. Till then no result would be considered final. It is very shocking that the result of such a fierce and reputed recruitment process had to be withdrawn owing to alleged errors. This event will remain etched in the bank exam competition scenario for a long time and will cast a shadow of doubt on all future results.
RBI is doing foul play to get rid of mistake they did.LPT is tactics .No point in conducting lpt of the people who have regional language of the applied RBI office in class 10 std .Now in name of lpt they will safely add few more candidates who have cleared cut off but not listed earlier .And after lpt will put all boundary candidates in reserved list and will close the matter without accepting mistake and will play with future of Indians
