THOSE GETTING OUT DESPITE SUFFICIENT MARKS:- LISTEN CAREFULLY: There are two types of cutoff: "Marks of Last SELECTED candidate" and "Minimum Qualifying Marks" .................. Are you getting it?? YOU HAVE CLEARED THE MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS BUT YOU ARE NOT IN TOP 'X' VACANCIES OF YOUR REGION. THOSE WHO AGREE HIT LIKE
THOSE NOT IN RESULTS PDF MAY BE IN RESERVE LIST, IF YOU HAVE CLEARED CUTOFF. DON'T PANIC. CALL RBI FIRST THING TOMORROW PLEASE.
The cut off they've provided one wek back was maybe the cutoff if interview was there. Now that interview got scrapped the meritorious were given provisional allotment
I see many who cleared overall cutoff and sectional cutoff belong to obc catagory like me..we cleared obc cutoff but not general cutoff..only possibility is that while filling form we might have selected obc creamylayer ..in that case they consider us as general candidate..

Okay just had a conversation with RBI Assistant 2015 batch : @Sc0rpi0 , you asked that when will we become 3D, so he said that ASSISTANT BELONGS TO 3A only, and the names special assistant/economic assistant changes according to department and /or seniority , and that there are many other posts in 3D(or others B,C ) like pharmacists, technicians etc etc. So they are NOT Assistants in 3D. And second question: will we get accomodation quickly:he said yes(rare chance that it will be delayed) and Third Question: POLICE VERIFICATION AFTER/BEFORE JOINING:::: Reply: "MY VERIFICATION WAS DONE AFTER JOINING" so chill............ Good news.. will get joining soon. Fourth question: about the candidates not selected despite clearing cut-offs , he said that in his educated opinion, that is NOT THE MARKS OF LAST SELECTED CANDIDATE but the MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS (MQM), and he agrees with me that there shall be a reserve list and those getting above MQM have a fair chance to be in reserve list. That's it.
Those people who cleared both overall cutoff and sectional cutoff and still not made to final list... please leave ur marks in the comments with your state for which you have applied.

Guys, has any1 applied in PWD category 4 Patna region.
I cleared the sectional cutt offs and got 109.25. Still PWD category, Patna shows "----*" , which means none qualified. If any1 is facing the same issues, Please post it
