Does RBI have rather too much autonomy? Or does it have too little accountability? Do you think Urjit Patel lied when he said he couldn't say how much money the banks got back during demonetization drive because his people were still counting?

Hi guys.. after today's notification. and ga and ca answer keys, i dont think i will be able to make it to RBI final list. I currently will mostly get RRB OS1. Do you think I will have sufficient time to prepare for upcoming RBI or similar post while working OS1? Anyone know about the work nature and timing? Help me out..Very anxious for your true responses.
