Today in my coaching class , our teacher came , after teaching for sometime he directed his focus on MAT..and started saying like "why MAT ? MAT is not good exam , its very under rated....people don't get a job, they beg on streets...its very very under rated exam....why u dont tried for CAT, XAT, FMS, IIFT"
Students replied accordingly, same said they were of low acads, some had below 50 in graduation , fee , want to stay close to home etc...etc..
Choosing a B-School is different matter..but whats up if u run out of options ?? I mean everyone is not of same thinking right?..Not everyone gets call from FMS, IIM A , B, C... Does this mean MAT = No Career ??
Only CAT , XAT etc..?
I understand everyone wants a good B School, but what about skills ? Will company throw you out just for sake of MAT B School ? Or they will not shortlist u for an interview because u through MAT based B School?
However I have also applied for IBSAT.
I am really depressed guys...please share ur thoughts , i know u all r busy with ur preps...but any words r welcomed.
