Hi, I have nearly 4 years of experience as a field engineer in medical equipment..I quit in June 08 to study full time to change my field if possible to get progress.. I am not sponsored by the industry but I will be equivalent to a fresh candidate after MBA.I would like to know the type of companies that come to SIMS for placements.. Does our graduation background decide the scope of placement through SIMS?Also there was something abouth lateral placements that I found in one of your postings... Are we allowed campus placements like all other fresh students?? Kindly confirm...

I GOT THRU SIMS in the first merit list, paid my first installment by dd, which got accepted too.
BUT !!! ........ when i enter my snap id - 1023713 on the Orientation primers of the sims homepage SIMS - Student Login it shows my snap id as Invalid?????

Hey don worry , its just tht site is usually updated in evenin ... I tried 10 other id's too, didnt work till yesterday mornin...As o now ur snap id is working,i checked, maybe am late in replyin and u could open it too... If its not workin in urs install another browser or clean install, not sure which one u using now...

Hi, I logged in and found an orientation primer material on the site and downloaded it. But the file type is new and does not open with any existing programs... Can you tell me which program to use to open it??I tried MS word and other text editors, Adobe acrobat, real player and windows media players. Nothing works. What is that file anyway? Is it a text file like a book?Please help...

Hi, I tried opening the orientation primer file in the SIMS site. It is RAR file and I tried using a book reader which supports that type of file. However when I open the archive file I get a message saying that the archive does not contain text files. Is ther any problem from my side in opening the file?? Please help...

Hey ! i downloaded the file too but its corrupted. wait till evenin , prolly it'll be uploaded properly by then ... u can use 7z to open rar or any zipped file. follow the link ...
