Bro, just find out the powers of 2 in 50!. And now, as 16 = 2^4 => 16^15 = (2^4)^15 = 2^60.

And Powers of 2 in 50! = 25+12+6+3+1 = 47.
Phuck. This will turn out to be a big number now :O

You can use Remainder Theorem, Euler's Theorem or Chinese Remainder.
