2.Profile Description: The selected candidates would be doing analysis and day trading in US equity exchanges like NYSE, NASDAQ & Amex.This profile DOES NOT entail selling/marketing of financial products or servicing/calling clients. In fact the successful Leraner would be a full-fledged, hard core US stock market analyst/trader able to make wise and informed stock trading decisions.
3.Position: Wall Street Trader (Learner)
4.Eligibility:
a.MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance)/ Any Post Graduation Related To Capital Market.
b.Ready to work in US Market Hours (6PM – 3PM), Monday To Friday.
c.NCFM or any other certification related to capital market will be an additional advantage.
d.Any graduate / post graduate who have strong passion for trading.
e.CFAs / CMTs can also apply.
f.Candidate should ideally possess good communication and mathematical skills.
g.Experience in Indian Market won't be considered.
h.The candidate should be updated about the happenings in the Capital Markets.
i.The candidate must be his / her early 20s and should not have appeared for the selection process within past 6 months.
5.Selection Process Includes:
a.Aptitude Test (Elimination Round)
b.HR Round (Elimination Round)
6. Compensation & Benefits:
a.Under this program we provide free on – the – job training to fresher's in live US markets. Besides the free training, the company provides a stipend of Rs. 3000/- P.M., food at workplace, to and fro transport facility within Pune municipal limits, and also covers the trainees under accident insurance. The duration of this training is a minimum of 3 months.
b.Compensation after successful completion of the training is Rs. 8030/- P.M. & net profit sharing of a minimum 70% of what the trader makes. This variable component can go as high as 90%. Salary is subject to increase based on the trader's performance, every year. The net take home for a trader per month varies from few tens of thousands to few lakhs.
