problem in making payment

i have made the payment for tiss, the amount has been debited from my account , but the status in form is still showing pending. i have also received the mail regarding incomplete payment status. i have call the tiss helpline no , they told me not to make the payment again. but i am still worried as today is the last date.guys plz help me out
