Im doin my M.S in Computer Science from a top American Univ.

My GPA is 3.3./4.0

Befre ths, I did M.C.A frm India.

My % aggregate there was 76 %

My GMAT score is 740/800

Bt I'm lil doubtful that I have lil less GPA in my M.S in USA i.e 3.3/4.0

Is it ok...or will it b a hindrance in getting admission in a top 10 business school?????

You will be fine. You fall into the middle 80% of all the top 10 schools and have a strong GMAT.
Most important part of your candidature at a top school will be why another "Masters" after not 1 but 2 masters that clearly demonstrate your bent of mind for technical specialization. This explaination will need to be very convincing, more convincing than people who have just 1 master's before apping. Improper explaination can lead you to be showcased as "trophy chaser"!

Dont worry about ur GPA. Its only one tiny part of ur application....U shud rather think about differentiating urself from the over represented Indian/IT/tech pool.

If u have had significant wrk exp then ur GPA wud carry even lesser weightage.

GPA will not be an issue. It's not bad at all + great GMAT score. Proof enough of your academic potentianal. AdComms will concentrate on your essays and work ex instead.
