Hey Nagraj,
Thanks for the reply,I am yet to take the prep exams,I am thinking about taking either Princeton Review's online Prep Exam or GMAC's sample tests. Can you suggest which one i should take and what path would you suggest?

Go with the following pattern
1. GMAC Prep Test1
Study the break up
2. Princeton Review Prep Test (Free Online)
Study the break up
3. GMAC Prep Test2
Study the break up

Make sure that you take the 10 days prior to GMAT completely off from work, projects etc etc. More later...

Manhattan GMAT also offers a free test (and I think a few other firms do too).
