i interviewed with them on 26th Nov and awaiting to hear from them now..
they said i will get to know onmy by !5th DEc...seems so loooong...

i applied to many.. most results will be out next week.. after 15th
boston..katz..smeal..
profile is 720/112... B.E. 71%
WE- 4years by fall'09.. in IT
and how about u?

I got the mail on Friday that results for BU have been postponed.
It was supposed to be December-15.
but now 2 months wait increases.:-x

Yeah really!! I couldnt understand why they were not able t arrange for a telephonic interview. They could have wrapped things up and could have declared the results today. But waiting for 2 months is really frustrating.

If anyone gets admitted to Katz, i dont think he can wait till feb 6th to get his BU results. He will have to pay the amount to book his seat.

This is crazy!!

Hi guys..i got an admit from Katz. i have to pay 1000 $ by Jan 15th to book my seat at katz.(which is really not fair). I am not sure whether i will take up katz. 'Coz i am waiting for Simon to give out its results. Lets see how much scholarships Katz has to offer.

Need to deposit $1000 by Jan 15th.

hi guys i got an admit too...but i am more confused as i am yet to hear from other colleges and jan 15th is the deadline..
i may not hear from most of my colleges i have applied to by then...
anyways any idea of the procedure once you get an email...

Hey guys

First could you guys please let me know your profiles, as im trying to understand the admission pattern of katz this time.

I had 5 friends applying to katz and these are the results

a 3 Yr IT , 690 - Waitlisted
a 3 Yr IT , 700 - Reject
2 3 YR IT, 680 - Reject
a 5 Yr Inv Bank, 640 - Reject

and My case

i have a 640 and 3 Yr IT - Waitlisted

So i really want to hear from the Admitted guys. please . Im all confused. Was looking forward to this pals! 😞 . i had worked extremely hard on my essays and i can see the school has appreciated that but, its hard luck i had to be an applicant in these recession times.

Hey Thats awesome. Im sure your essays were good, or there was something else impressive !

Honestly i did try to distinguish myself from the Indian IT pack in whatever way i could.. My diverse experiences also helped add a nice flavor to the app.. One thing that i did do was interact with folks at the school.. I hope to get a call from UC Irvine as well.. thats the other school that i've really worked on.. Gud luck to u.. am sure things will work out...
