Can i use my 2012 CAT score or UGC-NET assistant Prof Dec 2015(not JRF) for any FPM/Phd admission?
current work load doesn't permit fresh prepration

The applicant believes that Human resource management is a field of study that has a highly public significant public presence. Its implication in our day to day life makes it very important to undergo through research for its effective evolution with time and need. He wishes to join Human resource management field as an academician and contribute towards the development of more resources through his research and teaching.
The applicant wishes to conduct research on Employees compensation and Retention system with special focus on developing an indigenous model for the same. The applicant believes that currently the existing models are based on those developed taking into consideration the socio-economic & socio-legal demands of industrialized nations. I have a small doubt.I am applying to XLRI FPM via XAT. However, in the XAT form, they have not asked anything about LOR, SOP etc.
What is the procedure for shortlisting via XAT? Any idea?

Hi, Has anyone filled Application form IIM-L (FPM)?
Do we have to fill the form manually? i found that the space provided is not sufficient, can we use additional sheets for providing requisite detail (like work exp, extra curricular activities)? Pls advise.

Hi Guys, the IIMC FPM application form has a field to report overall GRE percentile but to the best of my knowledge ETS will not report overall percentile. What shall I fill in that field?

Can we attach GRE Scorecard copy, as available in our ETS account for our reference, to IIMs or is it mandatory to report officially? As IIM L has asked for attaching scorecard copies of GMAT/GRE etc. test, does it mean that we don't have to report officially and merely a printout would suffice? Those who applied in previous years and/or those who are applying, please clarify. Thanks.
