Got a offer from IIM C for 3 year Part time PGDBM. I'm not very sure what to do. Currently I'm working for TCS for last two and half years. Do u guys know how the corporate world recognise this programme. Should I go for it or should I wait and give another try next year for full time.

I got 98.3 percentile.

Hi Dude ...

am working in RS Software, close to the huge TCS office being built !!

Well , I had scored 93.57 this time and was wondering if i should have opted for IIMC PGDBM. So u solve my query. I do understamd ....anyways its CAT 2005 for me...

looks like not many ppl...... have any idea about the programme......
is thr anyobody in the forum who has done or doing PGDBM from IIM-C ??
i really need help regarding this...... I'm in deep sea....... as I'm getting conflicting feedbacks from different ppl.......

I don't have any exact idea abt the brand value of the prog(like
whether it's at par with IIM pgp's or not).But I know 2 ppl -one is EC
passout frm IITKGP and another EC passout from Jadavpur,did the
prog and very well placed in IT industry now(earns 1L p.m. or more)
If u r interested in going to Fin/Mkt,this will not be an ideal course
i believe(as much as i know IIMC have no placement facility for
this prog)
...but it'll definitely help u to climb the corp ladder in IT
industry....................

I think ...if u wanna stick to IT, it is pretty good ... but can be taxing.
