I have been selected for the PGCHRM 15 by XLRI starting in Jan'13. I have been in IT Talent Acquisition for the last 3.5 years and have prior experience of 3 years in Core IT. I would appreciate someone clearing the following queries for me:

1. What are the career perspectives after gaining this certificate? I mean what companies (for example) give what importance to this certificate?
2. What approach one must use to showcase the course in one's resume? what value does this course add to one's resume?
