I got selected in tcs nqt June 2019.I received my offer letter on 27/7/19.when can I get the joining date??Is anybody there selected in June 16,2019 xam ??

Hi everyone, I have an query regarding my friend's joining date. She have attended the off campus drive of TCS CBO on 7th January 2019. After clearing all the selection process successfully, I have received my provisional offer letter on14th May 2019. After that she was asked to submit all the required academic documents. So, she submitted all the required academic documents. But after 3 months she have not received her detailed/original offer letter. can anyone have idea when she will get her detailed offer letter.
