after offer l8r it took arnd 2 and a half month for me....

> How many days would the training period be?
> When would I be told about my place of posting? I am from Chennai and I badly want to be in chennai....
> How would my career growth be in ERP?

I received my TCS offer letter on 4th april, and my joining was on 21st apr. but due to some reasons i was'nt able to join on that date.Now i have requested them to offer me a new joining date> Keeping fingers crossed. Hoping to get a response. By the way, my ILP centre was Mumbai.:drinking:

my ilp also starts frm 9th may at bangalore...
m frm mumbai...

I got recuited for TCS(on campus) in dec 2010.I got my offer letter a week later but still no news about joining date.Does Tcs normally take this long to provide the joining dates?Is it that the students of same college will have same ILP location? And what will be approx. salary during ILP??

Even I have been selected by TCS as ASA in Enterprise Solutions division.. haven't got my ILP date yet..

@ People working at tcs , What are the documents needed to be submitted at the time of joining ? I dont have pan card and bank account . Am i required to get it before joining or shall i apply there ?

i am graduate of 2013 relieved batch,specialised in mechanical engineering.i got placed in TCS earlier with a package of 3.16 lakh per annum along with a bond of 2 years,still i am yet to receive by joining letter.Now,i got placed in hyundai R&D;,hyderabad with a package of 3.34 lakh per annum,but the reviews of employees in hyundai are not good,according to few internet websites and moreover the bond period is for 3 years.which one do you suggest?

Hi All, I am in big Fix and need urgent help on this.I just got released from my current Project(owing to travel issues)and started reporting to My RMG. Now she says i just have 2 options either 2 go back into my last project or stay at home and apply leaves(after exhaustion of leaves, she wants me 2 go on leave without pay) because ISU wd hv 2 pay for my unallocated period.I want to take up a project closer to my place as it would require lesser travelling, but RMG is not paying any heed to it. Please suggest what should i do in such an situation?
