Hello Guys,
I didnt find a thread for this yet, but is anyone applying for Fall 2013 for any of these universities? If so please share your profiles, experiences and feedback!
I am sort of torn between these two. They are both in great locations. USC Marshalls Employment statistics can be found here:
And Paul Merage's here:
Both seem to be equally matched.
I particularly want to get into Marketing - Product Managment in the Technology sector.
My Profile:
Experience: 8 years (Almost)
GMAT: 710/6
GPA 3.5/5
Good Extracurriculars
Please come and share your thoughts !

Hi,
Typically an applicant applies to 5-7 b-schools in one application cycle. I would therefore encourage you to apply to both these schools.
That said, USC Marshall is a much higher ranked program compared to UC Irvine. It also features in US News' rankings among the top 20 US programs for marketing and sends about 30-35% students to sales and marketing roles.
Besides your GMAT score and considerably higher work experience- which I am presumably equating with high quality of work experience - allow you to aim higher.
