Im working for an Investment bank for past 2 1/2 years. I have planned to do my part time MBA from JBIMS. The only problem im facing is the timings.
Im working in a UK shift from 1.00 pm to 11.00pm and i believe the lectures take place in the evening 6-8.30 pm.

Im really worried about this issue as i hear that almost all part time MBA lectures are in evening.

My only two options are JBIMS and NMIMS.

I would really appreciate if anybody could give me a resolution on this.
I really really need this.

Hi Guys,

Im have applied for Part Time - MBA from JBIMS for MIM (Masters in Information Management)
Have work-ex of over 30 months in Technology and Graduation Degree of BSc IT from Mumbai University but scored only 55%...
Do I stand a chance to be admitted in JBIMS ?

Have a Entrance test on 29 Nov 2009 and a compulsory GD on 12 Dec 2009, How and What should i prepare ?
As far as test format is known its going to be based on CET level but would carry negative markings

Need ur inputs....Please help me...Thanks

Hi Vishal...You can have serious issues with timings as all Part time batches will commence on weekdays in the evening and pack schedule on weekends.
With compulsory attendance in colleges like JBIMS n NMIMS it would be difficult take....
U can try for Executive MBA in NMIMS n Welingkars but again there im not sure if your work-ex would be sufficient.

Hi all,

During the induction, we came to know there was a 0.25 negative marking.This was not informed prior to the test nor was it mentioned anywhere on the brouchere or on the test paper, isn't it unfair?????????//


wat is all the more biased is that 1 class was aware about it since 1 professor had informed them just before the exam......

When i asked the supervisor during the exam, they did not have any idea abt -ve marks, so decided not to take the risk.

the results are out!!!

do we need to register or give some kind of acknowledgement at JB before we have to pay fees on the specified date.

they have said on their website that second list will be displayed on 1st Jan !!!..does this mean that ppl whose names are displayed in the first list need to register by today???

congratulations,
my name is listed in MMM and admission is on 14th.
today I visited JB,
following are some inputs, we need to carry Originals of 10th, 12th, final year markssheet, graduation certificate, work experience certificate (executive or supervisory mentioned), salary slip, any certificate showing birth date (school leaving certificate).

two attested zerox copies of each of the above, 2 photographs, and the big DD

and the work should be done.

guys please add if am leaving out something.

They don't have placements for part-time..in any college..as everyone who joins already has a job.

If ur looking for help with a change, networking with your fellow students might be a good idea.
