hey... can anyone tell me.. wat will be the other expenses tht we need to bear if we take a flat for rent...

like:
1.brokrage(how much??)
2.deposit for 2bhk(approx.how much??)
3.electricity bill??
4.charges for water supply??
5.furniture??
6.tiffin facility...

anything other than personal expenses... how much wud it cost if we rent a flat?? n will it be better n economical than living in hostel??? and wat is the last date to finalize a hostel???
