Hi, I am Shreyansh. I have scored a 680 on GMAT and have 3.5 years of work experience. Which all colleges’ 1 year MBA program am I eligible for? What are the best options for me considering GMAT and work exp?
Also, do colleges offer placements for these 1 year MBA programs as they do for 2 year MBA programs?

With 680 and 3.5 years of experience, you will just about qualify for One-Year programs in Europe. And there are so many of them, you need to first figure which country you wish to study in. I would suggest avoid the UK.
Yes, most good schools in Europe would have placement programs.
