Court cases takes long time to resolve and OPTCL being a state PSU

is very cautious in its approach.Unlike OPSC which goes ahead with training and posting of selected candidates, even when many cases are 

filed in its various recruitments. Result notification clearly mentions that 

further process will begin after the result of the court case.

without accommodation training not possible. It's organisation's headache no need to worry.
