cat and oas prelims on same date.what a decision opsc!!!!

I have studied from an English medium school and passed odia in 7th standard.Then,if i take odia test pass certificate from school or report card . Would it be sufficient for document verification if i clear written test? If anybody know about it please help.

 OPSC ASO also known as Assistant Section Officer is one of the most popular exam in Odisha. Eligibility criteria to appear for this exam is Graduation, and minimum age limit is 21 years.
