Can people planning to give GMAT before June(format change) continue to use OG 12 or everybody is advised to switched to OG 13 whoever plans to give GMAT after 27 March?
OG usually consists of retired GMAT questions
So I think one can very well use the OG12 too
Besides there is only 1 different section and the section, from what I hear, will be scored out of 6 and will not affect the score out of 800.
Older OGs would be just as useful.
OG 13 has been available in US for some days now, there are some reviews published by BTG and MGMAT staff, do have a look at it:

I got the book I ordered to Amazon to have a look at the new questions. None of them are unique i.e. based on any so-far untested concept.
