Haven't gone through the brochure and the website and approaching end terms are definitely preventing that.

For a recent graduate with less than a year work-experience, are courses like Global MBA,General Management Programme and Fellow Programme in Management worth applying ?
P.S. : just want to confirm,i probably know they are not. :-P
And also for a guy not interested in HR, is HRM course offered by XLRI worth applying considering it is one of the best in India ??
I have doubt regarding XLRI. Pls give honest reply. I heared that for XLRI interview is make or brake to convert the call. suppose if anyone who have cleared the cut off just boundry still have chance to convert the call provided good PI. Also if acd does matter in PI bez I have not so good acad nor I am from IIT/NIT
I have heard that some people advise against filling more than one course option for XLRI because if you do that and if you somehow make it to the interviews, they reject you downright stating the reason that you're not even clear which course you want to pursue.. why should we event select you?
I know this sounds too far-fetched but please if anyone has any information with regards to this, please do share! 😛
I have done a dual Degree 5 yr course, and have 2 degree's one for grad, and one for Post Grad,with respective scores in each, do i still need to enter 3 years as my engineering percentage.. ?
@ExLink In case one has both the provisional certificate and the pass certificate,do we send both or just the pass certificate? my pass certificate does not have dgpa mentioned anywhere unlike in provisional certificate.. Also wanted to know can we make any change to our profile once we have send the documents?Also in case of online payment, do we need to send the payment confirmation page or just the confirmation page and educational certificates would do?

I have a work-ex of btwn 48 & 60 months....given this amount of ex, is it advisable to apply for the flagship programmes at XLRI? I ask this because after going thru the profile for previous batches, I find that only 8% or so of the respective class have this amount of work-ex.
Is it true that aspirants having a work-ex btwn 24-36 months & 36-48 months, have an edge over aspirants like me?

I had done Engineering between 2009-2013 and I have a backlog in the final semester and I have to write it in the DEC 2013 and my results will be out in Feb 2014. I have to fill CAT and XAT application forms and many college application forms before that. My doubt is whether I had to put 'appearing' or 'completed' in the application forms.
@ayushnasa @ExLink I have passed out this year but havent yet got the final sem marksheet and the degree certificate of graduaton. But I have the printouts of the marksheet and provisional degree certificate from the university website. Should i send those ? Will that suffice ?

@ExLink I only have 8 semester marksheets with me and not the provisional or the main degree.. would the marksheets suffice?
I believe XLRI is asking for :
1. XLRI confirmation page
2. Pay-in-slip
3. Educational Certificates
Now, if we send 10th pass certificate, 12th pass certificate and provisional degree, wont it suffice ??😁
