I read on some forums that BM has only interview and no GD.Whereas HRM has both GD and PI rounds.
How truth is that information.
Has anyone received any update from xlri? Interview date and timings?
The Cut offs and the interview dates and locations will be released soon.
Last year the dates were 18th feb to 10th March.
We expect it to be tentatively same.

Hi so i have a call for HRM with an OA of 95.9 😞 and i have a couple of doubts about the PI it will be great if someone could give me some input on this...
a. I am pretty sure why i have decided to do HR and i have my set of experiences that made me choose this path. Will i get a chance to voice this during the interview on my own terms?
b. And what do they value the most in an interviewee. Being honest or being diplomatic?? (that is a loaded question 😁 )
