DON'T READ THE POST xlri was and xlri is my dream. I can't give another year for it :( With very good gdpi and 99%ile, rejected. I am shattered. Everybody was waiting for the result. I don't know how will I answer them. I was literally in shock after seeing my result. Feeling very weak. Congrats to all who made it. Happy for you all.

First of all ; i am really sad for the people who couldn't convert at high & very high percentiles (i am serious ; not at all sarcastic here). I know how it feels after getting rejected with such a high score & a great gdpi too . But we did n't have any control over the result we got . But i urge you guys to celebrate if you feel like you've given your 100% . Coz if you did ; you really deserve a celebration for yourself . Sometimes life doesn't go as we plan coz destiny has other & better plans for us always(believe me i have experienced it myself). & always remember we reached this stage(the second satge) with our hard work & dedication only as lakhs of students just dream to reach this stage every year ; but very few can achieve . So we all deserve pat on our backs & it's ok to fail sometimes in life as that makes us humble & better as human beings as we come to know that there are many who are way better than us in many things . So last but not the least;; keep your morals high in this difficult times ; something good will surely happen to you soon .Destiny always gives us not what we want ; but what is the best for us . Okay, not a rant. 3rd attempt at XL (only college I wanted). First two attempts, 80%ile. This year, I had 99.65%ile, a year of HR work ex, glowing internships and volunteerships, on point and honest SPA, blasting GDWAT and a decent interview with logical flow and stand, and HRM Preference. In the end, they asked me whether I wanted to ask them sth, I said "Would you like to ask me sth from my SPA form?". Not even WL. Wanted to pursue HRM, that's why XL was the dream. It will always remain so, however might be one of those unfulfilled ones.

Anyone selected/waitlisted who had missed the asynchronous interview?
When I see such high 99 percentilers not making it, with supposedly good GDPIs, does that have to do with the the sectionals? Maybe they give some weightage to sectionals as well. ONLY FOR BM 99+ people.
