I posted some jokes/memes kind of posts about the non-engineers, however I have been receiving things like those posts are a bit extremist and filled with hatred.
(A) Those were meant to be taken as joke/meme
(B) I love all
(C) I request everybody to not bully any person. Or have any prejudice against anyone, more so if he's a non-engineer Or an engineer
spread love, joy
you think those post have hatred, so I should remove them myself?
No, they were just jokes, and ofc we love everyone
Yes remove them, you shouldn’t say anything against anyone
KILLSHOT: Engineer vs Non Engineer debate.
1.1 Top students of any school have been choosing engineering/medical (डाक्टरी) over other streams for decades now. (Facts)
1.2 PCM are undoubtedly toughest subjects for an uninitiated mind and only those who dared maths those days..used to select PCM. (Facts)
1.3 During my times and in my School, leaders heroes and heartthrobs were all PCM/B guys ( 3 of them went to IIT, one to NIT, some in VIT , 3-4 became doctors and rest nobody really cared, 2 of these own companies now). (Facts).
1.4 Engineering and especially PCM(if studied deeply) gives a very radical, calculative, unbiased and scientific outlook to ones personality. (Facts).
But......
2.1 When 'we' the engineers went to our first postings at places like DELHI NCR, MUMBAI HYDERABAD BANGLORE CHENNAI, we found that point no. (1.1) mentioned above was a fact for 'small cities and towns' only..and just a hypothesis for others....as in business prone cities kids went for CA, Economics, hotel management more easily. (Facts)
2.2 'We' the engineers got to know very late that we were just being made corporate fodder all the while when a 17 year old kid (non engineer ) I personally saw owning a company in Mumbai. So doing engineering is really not the greatest thing ever done by anybody. Stop boasting.
Now....let me put some more facts for you engineers which you all being rational must corraborate..But they will make most of you uncomfortable...
👉3.1 Stop making divisions because divisions always go deep. Tommorow if any question is asked related to your branch which is 'out of the syllabus of your books' ..you won't be able to answer it and cry foul. Such is your Engineering. Robotics/Buggy making/hacking is not the "all" of engineering. How many problems could you solve of your life or those of around you? (FACTS).
👉3.2 Man if you talk of engineering...let me tell you the truth . All colleges of engineering besides ((IITs NITs IIITs IISCs and a very few private colleges))..all other are shit..and you know that. So divisions if made, will trickle down to tiering of colleges. And know that for fact no IITian or NITian take private college engineers to be engineers. IIT B(CS) guys are the only engineers in true sense. (Facts)
3.3 Sorry if you have been sedated by media or some false stories but nobody gives a flying F about 'intelligence' when it comes to real life and business. Intelligence has a price tag and is sold/bought in the market. Look at 'us', the engineers/doctors we are mostly broken (emotionally and financially both). Not a thing to be proud about. I personally know many Kabir Singhs Emraan hashmis and DevDs among engineers and doctors.
3.4 It's 'Goodness' which matters more as mostly all successful persons are very good at human relations. ENGINEERING (and Physics esp) also intended to make us more human, down to earth, engineer our character, nature and make us a gentleman. Tell me how many of you can proudly call yourself ' A Gentleman'. ?
Hence my brothers don't even start it. Because you must have heard about transformers.. one kind of division quickly inducts current into another kind of division and so on.

An engineer.
Trying to judge XLRI's exposure to corona and what factors they might consider while deciding if the first semester should be conducted online. Does XLRI have attached bathrooms in hostel rooms ?
My first post here. Seeing a lot of engineers vs non-engineers discussions (often turning into petty fights).
My two cents. No one cares. No, not one person. All your set-backs and victories are temporary. Success and failure are subjective. Your degree is just a piece of paper that confirms that you conformed to Indian societal expectations. In the long run, the numbers, percentiles etc are pointless. Be good. Do good. Find your passion, hope it coincides with your profession and let it kill you. Give this platform a rest for a day. Go for a run, watch your favourite show, play FIFA, drink beer. Honestly, it's not worth it. Just sit back and relax. Like I said, no one cares.
Can we have a comment from any of the adcom members about the 'segregation' policy which was introduced last year? How it has affected your group discussions/studies? And a few comments over those 10 discussion rooms.
How much is the average salary for HRM graduates? Considering that the placements will be normal for the 2022 batch. Even if it won't, I would like a rough idea how much can be expected. Thanks
