XIMB BM Work experience- 2+ yrs 22 Feb Interview Three panelists Duration- 15 mins P1- Directly asked about work role and some questions related to work P2- about new education policy, what specialization(like marketing,IT,or anything else) you will go in BM and related to that, hobbies Please prepare for the stream you will say and panelists are really friendly. Be confident and humble.

Hello, can somebody please tell me what is the minimum graduation cgpa required by companies during campus placements and summer internship at XaHR? Mine is 6 cgpa( 60 % non engineer) Will there be companies with 6 cgpa as the minimum, or all above 6.5?
Hello adcom Upon checking my application form i realised that i have missed filling the SOP and currently it is showing blank in the SOP column. My interview is on 2nd of march. Is there anyway i could fill my SOP now??

XUB-HR Interview 2021 Started at 9:35 AM 3 female interviewers. Will be refered to as F1, F2 and F3. F1: What's the meaning of your name? Answered F1: What's your GPA till last semester? F1: Since you are an engineer, lemme give you are sum to solve. Sides of a cuboid are in the ratio of 5:4:3. What's the volume if TSA is 846 ? Partially solved. F2: Why MBA after Engineering? Answered F1: Formula of Gravitational force. Got it wrong F3: Birth date of Mahatma Gandhi?? Answered. Wasn't confident about the year F1: 8th element of the periodic table? Answered F3: Hobbies? Told about basketball F3: 3 Indian basketball players? Could name only 2. F3: What's the country famous for basketball? Answered F2: Why HR? Answered. Talked about joining the Ministry of Education. F3: What's NEP? Who's the present Minister of Education? Answered. F2: Thanks. You may leave now. As the final salutation, I told them that it was my first interview ever and I am proud to say it was for a B-school pannel. F2: What's Special about this pannel? Talked about female representation in the industry, me appearing before a pannel that's passionate about what I am passionate for and a pannel choosing people to give knowledge instead of striking a deal of labour (which normally happens in job interviews). It seemed they liked my answers. I wish I could have answered all the questions correctly though. The interview was for 25 minutes.

XIMB BM PI XGMT 99.15 10/12/Grad : 93.1/82.4/83.7(Gold Medalist) PI Experience: Horrible. I tanked my acads. P1 : Okay tell me your favorite subject so that we can grill you hard on it. Me: Sir Industrial engineering. P1: I'll give you another chance because we have an Industrial engineering expert here. Me: No sir I'll stick with it P1: I like your confidence, good let's go. P2(Industrial engineering expert) wrecks my esteem for the next 10 minutes, could answer probably 3-4 questions out of 10-12 questions. Some motivating Inputs in between: P2 : This is a very basic question : Yaar you're an Industrial Engineer ye to Bata do : Wrong answer P3: I'm not an operations guy and I know this. P1 : Why MBA? P1: If a Bschool has a supply chain what would it be, draw it. P2: Why not go for ops in NITIE P2: If I were to remove the first letter of your name and your last name what would be left and do you know any person by that name? P1: Any questions for us?
