I have my HR interview tomorrow. Is it necessary to have academic certificates with you during the interview process?
So I just had my BM interview. The panel was pretty chilled, but in kind of a hurry. No personal question, no intro. They directly came to the job related queries. Not a single question was related to the traditional interview question. The panel was taking in hinglish so language was not a barrier. Just be confident and you will ace it.

P1: 1)what are you doing these days? - I have a gap 2)Questions related to mango farming- my family is from farming background 3) favourite subjects?- told 4) name the text books you referred- I don't remember P1: 1) work related questions- told 2) competitors of your company - told 3) strengths and weaknesses of the company as a whole- I fumbled here 4) best selling products of your company in descending order of their sales- told Thank you. Overall average interview. Lasted only 10 mins as the panel was eager to have their lunch. No typical questions like why mba or tell me about yourself.
i got shortlisted for Online PI from XSRM (based on my NMAT score). wanted to know is it worth investing a handsome amount of 16 Lacs (approx.) for this course? Have no other college as a backup at this moment. I'm a fresher (BBA). Should I go for MBA-RM? i know this course is a unique one, holds vast scope along with lesser competition in corporate (as compared to BM/HRM/Marketing). This being the reason why i filled this course. But at the same time I'm worried for the lesser ROI (max 13 lacs approx, as stated on the official XUB site) and confused if XSRM still holds the reputation after becoming an independent school? Pls help. My Online PI is on 7th March 2021.
