Which will fetch more value, outcome and industry recognition in the longer run and best option in current COVID scenario?

I have 2.5yrs of IT exp. (Placements alone is not a mojar concern as I already have a sabbatical). 

Note: VGSOM is obvisously ranked better than GLIM but my concern is how long will it take to open such a large campus and secondly do all industries value MBA from Tech giant IIT the same way the aspirants do.

I am currently an MBA student and will be graduating in 2021. So, I along with my friends, have created a webspace where we have initiated sharing information about brand and their strategies, their history, their campaigns and everything about them. So for the payment of remainder of the first year fees, which can either be done in installements or in full, does the hostel fees have to be paid with the aforementioned same or do we have to do a separate RTGS/NEFT for it?

also, the mess fees is included in it, right?
