@adcom, I received a mail today regarding the payment of 1st year BM fees in two separate installments for both course fees as well as hostel fees. I just wanted to know that is it possible for me to pay the entire hostel fees in the first installment itself and pay the course fees separately as per the two installment dates?

Hello Candidates!
By now you all have seen the updated waitlist numbers. Allow me to clarify a doubt that is being asked frequently.
The updated waitlist has only removed the people who were unable to pay the 50k amount which was requested earlier. So, that does not signify the actual waitlist movement.
The last date to pay the provisional fees for the 1st merit list is 8th June. After that, there will be further movement in the waitlist depending on how many applicants choose to join the institute.
Note: Time and time again, we have explained it here that the waitlist movement is not in our hands and is different every year. I would request the waitlisted candidates to not trouble the mentors with such queries. We understand that you must be worried but it makes no logical sense to ask others whether you will be able to convert or not.
We have received complaints of mentees directly calling up their mentors for such queries. Please try to understand that your mentors are in the middle of their summer internship program which is cruicial for their learning.
