If we apply for betterment, do we have to pay the tuition fee again or previous payment for earlier allotted program is considered?

There is slight change in my total marks by 1% and i am unable to update it now as marksheet already validated. Now when I visited college for TC they said that a revised marksheet has been issued correcting the mistake . It was a mistake from college , yesterday I have been alloted and got the payment link ,I have 3 more days to pay the fees .Shall I proceed paying or inform first?

I was waitlisted for R&BA Mumbai Program (WL - 213). In the first round of waitlist the range cleared was 1-300. But I am yet to receive seat allocation confirmation. @WeSchoolConnect, Till when can I expect the allotment of seat to be done?
