I have applied for the phase 2 of MBA program in welingkar. My PIQ was scheduled on13th of may. But I didn't receive any prior email regarding the same. I received a total of 6 mails on the evening of13th may stating that I have to book my POQ slot on 11th of may. So I rechecked my email whether I have received any email on 11th of may, but I didn't receive any. Now what can I do. I even contacted the help desk, but can't get through. Please help me

I received the mail that my pi is scheduled and the same has been updated in my dashboard but there has been no update in my dashboard and no slot for my pi is visible there is just a notification that it will be updated soon is it a site glitch if yes then when i will get to know the slot?
