Before each schedule the jury, XXXX - what is the phrase modifying... An adverb modifier should modify the whole clause but at the same time should have a logical subject who in turn perform the action. This error give rises to what is known as dangling modifier.
B is correct.
C --- "sees" do not agree with the plural noun.
D - i do not like the syntax of this sentence. "from virtually..." is acting as an adverb of manner, but at the same time " from all over the country" is modifying the "people". correct till here....[but] its also possible that
"from all over the world" can also modify "given" and act as an adverb.... something like this --
i read the book in my living room. --- ambiguous and both the interpretation for the prep phrase to be an adj and adv is possible...
moreover, "from virtually..." is an adverb for what...[confusion]...
E is correct.

"that see..." phrase cannot modify "schedules" -- how can schedule can do the action of seeing... not logical.. it should be "contestants"
