Just a question guys.Given: If customers are well treated,they will return.Can we assume here: If customers are treated badly,they will be inclined to switch to another service provider.Your explanation would really help

In this case, we only know of the consequence of treating customers well. If they are treated badly, they may or may not return. So we cannot make any assumption about what will happen if they are treated badly.

The answer is ABCDE. This can be figured out by thinking in this manner:

We see that A, B and C are in continuation and related to each other. Also,we know that C has to come after A and B because A and B sets the theme for C. Between A and B, A has to come first because C starts with "against this" and goes on to say that Islam is egalitarian. So it has to come after B. Hence order is ABC. Only the fourth option has this sequence.
